General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions In these terms, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of business or professional activities and enters into a distance contract with a business;
- Day: calendar day;
- Ongoing transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or collection obligations are spread over time;
- Durable data medium: any means that allows the consumer or business to store information directed to them personally in a way that enables future access and unchanged reproduction of the stored information;
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
- Business: a natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance to consumers;
- Distance contract: a contract concluded through an organized system for remote selling of products and/or services, where only one or more remote communication techniques are used until the contract is concluded;
- Remote communication technique: a means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and business simultaneously being in the same room;
- General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions for businesses.

Article 3 - Scope of Application These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from the business and to any distance contracts and orders concluded between the business and consumers.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the business's premises, and they will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions, deviating from the previous point and before the distance contract is concluded, will be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can be stored by the consumer on a durable data medium.
If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be viewed electronically, and that, upon the consumer's request, they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge.
If, in addition to these general terms and conditions, specific product or service terms apply, the second and third points apply accordingly, and in the case of conflicting general terms, the consumer can always invoke the applicable provision that is most beneficial to them.
